Kim was extremely helpful during every step of our home buying process in Clarksville, TN. Being states away and knowing very little about the area, I flew up for a quick two day visit to find my family a home a little over a month before we were set to move. Kimberly has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole selling experience. This is my first time selling a house and it was much more complex due to the fact that I am living overseas and haven't lived in the house for the last 8 years. She walked me through the whole process including helping me with the utilities, organizing repairs, beautifully staging the house, etc. A few years ago my house was on the market for 4 months without a single offer. When Kimberly had her way with the house, it only lasted 4 days on the market before receiving an offer for the full asking amount!!!
